West Ulster Genealogy Services.
In order for Boyd to help research your folks, two criteria need to be met:
1. Your folks should not have left Ireland much before the famine years, 1845-1850, because we simply do not have the records required for successful research before that time.
2. You need to have a good idea of where in Ireland your folks lived before emigrating, at least the parish and preferably the townland, because finding a Kelly in "Ireland" doesn't even come close to needles and haystacks.
